With the temperatures rising, the only place to cool off is up on the roof. It feels about 10 degrees cooler up there away from the heat rising from the earth. Add to that a breeze off the river and things are looking good for this NY summer. This is Eliana. She is from One, and at first I thought she was Croatian, however I soon discovered she was from Brazil and quite the 'Rock Star'.
